This is a notice in respect of Motions originally listed in the High Court Summary Judgment Lists for the months of March through October 2020.

Motions which were originally listed for hearing in the Summary Judgment Lists for the following dates and were adjourned generally will now be heard during the months of October and November  2020.

23^rd March 2020
20^th April 2020
11^th May 2020
25^th May 2020
15^th June 2020
29^th June 2020
13^th July 2020

Motions listed for the 19^th October 2020 will be heard on the 19^th October 2020 together with Motions originally listed for 23^rd March 2020.

Parties are advised to check the Courts Service web site and the High Court Summary Judgment listings in the  Legal Diary for the relevant hearing dates in respect of these motions and there revised hearing dates.

Where one of the parties involved in a motion is a lay litigant, the solicitors on record for the other party must inform the lay litigant of the hearing date and time.

The Central Office of the High Court will not be notifying parties individually of the date allocated to the hearing of the Motions..
